单宁酸-氯化铁法对SHR血管密度的观察

【西药师论文】【摘要】 目的 探讨高血压病时多器官微血管密度的变化,以及它与高血压的因果关系。方法 用单宁酸-氯化铁组织化学方法媒染成年(12月)及幼年(4周)SHR、WKY 4组大鼠脑、肾、骨骼肌毛细血管,并对血管密度进行定量分析。结果 与成年组WKY相比,成年组SHR脑、肾、骨骼肌微血管密度均有所减低(P<0.01);血压尚未升高的幼年组SHR与幼年组WKY相比,肾皮质毛细血管密度有所减低(P<0.01)。结论 成年SHR存在微血管稀少的现象是高血压的结果;幼年SHR肾皮质微血管减少可能是高血压病的一个早期征象,同时推测微血管减少也可能是高血压病的原因之一。 【关键词】 高血压病 微血管稀少 自发性高血压大鼠 单宁酸 氯化铁 【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the change of micro-vascular density of SHR, and its relationship with hypertension.
