薏苡非种仁部位甲醇提取物的指纹图谱研究

【西药学类毕业论文】作者:李厚聪,袁玮,李莹,刘圆【摘要】 目的建立薏苡药材茎中甲醇部位的RP-HPLC指纹图谱的研究方法。方法采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(Dikma 公司,4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1 ml·min-1,柱温30 ℃,检测波长263 nm。结果用梯度洗脱得到的色谱图各色谱峰分离较好,达到指纹图谱要求。10个产地薏苡药材共标定了12个共有峰。结论该方法简便、实用、可靠,可以作为评价薏苡药材质量的基础。 【关键词】 薏苡; 高效液相色谱; 指纹图谱 Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish reversed - phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP - HPLC) for determination of fingerprint of C. lacryma-jobi L. var. mayuen (Roman.) Stapf. Methods The sample was separated on a Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm ×250 mm ,5 μm) column with gradient elution. The mobile phase consisted of methol and water. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min- 1 ; the temperature of column was at 30 ℃; UV detection wavelength was at 263 nm, and recording time was 75 min.
