吡咯喹啉醌对γ射线照射后AGS细胞抗氧化力的影响

【西医学毕业论文下载】作者:邱秀芹,刘春亮,徐岚,赵俊宇,吴士良【摘要】 目的: 探讨吡咯喹啉醌(pyrroloquinoline quinone,PQQ)对60Coγ射线照射细胞清除自由基能力。方法: 培养AGS细胞至对数期,实验分为6组:正常培养未照射组、单纯照射组、PQQ培养12 h未照射组、PQQ培养4 h未照射组、PQQ培养12 h后照射组、PQQ培养4 h后照射组。60Coγ照射,剂量8Gy。照射后6,12,24 h测定细胞总抗氧化力(TAOC),SOD,MDA含量。结果: 与正常未照组比较,照射后6,12,24 h单纯照射组SOD,TAOC显著降低(P<0.05),MDA显著升高(P<0.01);与单纯照射组比较:PQQ培养的照射组SOD,TAOC显著升高(P<0.01),除照射后6 h外MDA显著降低(P<0.05)。结论: PQQ可通过增强细胞抗氧化能力,降低氧化水平,从而对辐射细胞起保护作用。 【关键词】 AGS细胞; 吡咯喹啉醌; 抗氧化力 [Abstract]Objective: To investigate PQQ scavenging free radicals in cells by γray radiation.Methods: AGS cells were cultivated.
