2型糖尿病局灶性脑缺血大鼠海马组织iNOS的表达及原花青素的干预

【超声西医学论文】【摘要】 目的 探讨2型糖尿病局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织中诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)含量的变化及原花青素(procyanidin, PC)对其表达的影响。方法 将30例大鼠随机分为假手术组、 2型糖尿病单纯脑缺血组及PC低剂量组(50 mg/kg)、中剂量组(100 mg/kg)及高剂量组 (200 mg/kg),于脑缺血后24 h进行HE染色,免疫组化法测定海马组织iNOS含量。结果 2型糖尿病局灶性缺血组大鼠海马组织iNOS活性明显降低(P<0.01);PC低、中、高剂量组均不同程度降低iNOS活性(P<0.01),改善神经细胞的受损程度:其中以中、高剂量组明显(P<0.05),但中、高剂量组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 PC对2型糖尿病局灶性脑缺血大鼠能够降低海马组织iNOS的活性。 【关键词】 糖尿病 脑缺血 原花青素 诱导型一氧化氮合酶 Abstract: Objective To investigate the content of induced nitricoxide synthase in hippocampus tissue of type 2 diabetes mellitus rats with focal cerebral ischemia and effects of procyanidin (PC) on it.
