中国行政法的创制与面临的问题

【中文摘要】依法行政作为依法治国的重要组成部分，对依法治国基本方略的实行具有决定性的影响。依法治国及依法行政要求建立一套完善的行政法律制度，行政法律制度的构建对国家权力运作体系具有重大意义。本文围绕中国行政监督法、行政组织法、行政行为法的创制与存在的问题进行了研讨。
【英文摘要】As an important component part of rule by law,administrationaccording to law exerts a decisive affect on the actualization of the fundamental,strategy of rule by law.Rule by law and administration according to law requires a set of administration law system,and construction of that has a significant to the run of state power.The paper discusses the innovation,problems confronted,of Chinese law of administration supervision,of administration organization,and of administration behavior.
