中国近代西部开发动因与效益介析

【英文标题】Dynamic Analysis on the Causes and Effects of the Development of Western Regions in China in the Pre-modern Times
【内容提要】封建社会中后期，尤其是到了近代，中国西部经济大大落后于东部地区。在近代历史上，曾经出现过若干次西部开发的热潮，其中较大的有三次，这三次西部开发虽为西部经济发展起过积极的作用，但由于开发的动因均与战争有关，因而开发过程表现出周期性的大起大落，未能形成西部经济持续发展的基础，更未解决我国经济均衡发展的问题。

【英文摘要】In the pre-modern history,there appeared several westerndevelopment upsurges,three of which were considerable.The threedevelopments are favorable to western development,but theircauses had something to do with wars,so fluctuating periodicityoccurred during the process of development and the base ofwestern development was not formed.and the question of balanceddevelopment of our country can not be solved.
