信息时代政府服务职能模式的探讨

[摘要] 随着信息时代的到来，政府服务从传统手段逐步向信息化方向发展。政府服务的资源调用量增大以及社会对政府服务的需求提高，要求政府逐步在运用信息设备的基础上建立以公众为中心的服务思路,充分运用多元信息手段，完善各服务职能环节，建立信息时代的政府服务职能模式。

The discussion of the function mode on the government service in information age
ABSTRACT: With the arrival of the information age, government service has been developt from the traditional means to the information-based direction progressively . The quantity which are adjusted increase of the government services’ resources and the improvement for the demand of the society, The government need to set up the thought of sevice that are the centre with masses and on the basis of the information equipment progressively.we shoud fully use the plural information methods and perfect every service function link so that we can set up mode of the government service function in information age.
