教育的一个补充，它的目标是实现教育由精英教育向大众教育的战略性转变。本文主要讨论了中国远程教育网站的类型与基本特点、网络课程结构与网站评价、教育网站存在的问题和若干解决思路，并对若干著名的远程教育站点进行分析。

abstract: modern distance education based computer and communication technology is a supplement for tradition education, and its goal is strategic transformation of educational model. in this paper, the types and characteristics, course structure and site appraise for modern distance educational web sites in china is discussed, and some famous chinese web sites for distance education are introduced, too.
