使用过程中头罩的细菌学监测

摘要 随机抽取儿科病房应用中的头罩32个及备用头罩6个进行细菌学监测。结果显示：使用中的头罩24h平均染菌量为37.15cfu/cm2，全部超过标准，备用头罩第7天有4个染菌量超过标准。建议使用中的头罩应24h更换1次，备用头罩每周消毒1次。

abstract a sampling bacterium survey of 32 using and 6 spare head-recoverings in the pediatric ward was performed.results noted that the 24 h-mean amount of bacterium contamination of the using head-covering was 37.15/cm2 and all exceeded standard,and it exceeded standard in 4 spare head-covering.it is suggested that the using head-covering be replaced per 24 h,and the spare be disinfected weekly.
