静脉输注化疗药物渗漏的处理

摘要 静脉输注化疗药物是治疗恶性肿瘤的重要手段，但化疗药物多由于刺激性强，一旦发生渗漏，治疗不及时就会引起周围组织坏死。对此，从注射部位的选择、避免操作中机械性损伤、正确掌握化疗药物的输注浓度、拮抗剂应用时间及方法等方面对预防和治疗化疗药物渗漏进行了综述。

abstract intravenous infusion of chemotherapeutic drugs is important curative method for malignant tumors.these drugs have intense stimulation.if the leakage has happened and treated untimely,the peripheral tissue necrosis may occure.then,proper selection of injective sites,avoidance of mechanical damage and suitable drug concentration,and the time and method of antagonist application etc.were reviewed.
