【摘要】 目的眼科手术室护理论文 编制一套临床心理护理量表以指导护士开展对病人的眼科手术室护理论文心理护理工作和研究。方法 编制项目相同而用途不同的临床心理护理量表（cpns）两种：病人用量表（cpns-p）主测病人对多项心理护理方式的需求，护士用量表（cnps-n）主测护士对多项心理护理方式的使用；采用cpns-p量表对218例住院病人做首次心理测验取样；采用spss做描述统计量、信度与效度鉴定、相关与回归分析和因子分析等处理样本数据。结果 临床心理护理量表具有较高的信度和效度，3项显在因子与量表相关项目各具有其内部一致性，3项潜在因子对整个量表具有69.36%累计方差贡献率的主成分解释。结论 临床心理护理量表项目较全操作简单且测验信度效度较高，适应于临床心理、护理心理与行为医学的实验性研究和应用。

【abstract】 objective to draw up a clinical psychology nursing scale（cpns）to guide work and research of psychological nursing and care for patients.methods two scales（cpns）of same item but different use were worked out，which were “clinical psychology nursing scale-patients（cpns-p）” to test needs of psychological nursing for patients and “clinical psychology nursing scale-patients（cpns-p）” to test use of psychological nursing for nurses. 218 inpatients were firstly tested and assessed with cpns-p.data of the sample was analyzed by test of reliability and validity,factor analysis,correlation and regression in spss. results cpns had higher reliability and validity. there were significant correlation between 3 showed factors and items of cpns. 3 latent factors（principal component） had 69.36% cum pct explain for all cpns.conclusions cpns had overall items and it used simply， its reliability and validity was higher. clinical psychology nursing scale is important test for experiment research and clinical apple of clinical psychology and nursing psychology and behavior medicine.

整体护理工作的开展，要求在生物医学模式的临床护理基础上增加心理护理的新内容，实现从疾病护理到身心护理进而向整体人护理的转变。如何去做心理护理工作，行为医学和临床心理应该从研究这样的问题入手：病人需要什么样的心理护理，护士应做什么样的心理护理。对此，编制一套内容全面而又简单易行的临床心理护理量表以指导这项新工作不无必要。从国内相关柿霞焖髦猩形捶⑾执死嗔勘淼谋嘀朴τ茫疚慕肆勘淼氖状伪嘀朴氤醪接τ贸晒加谛形窖ы纾云诮徊窖橹ず屯乒阌τ谩?/p>
