整体护理实施中的骨科护理工作总结 论文难点与对策

摘要 通过分析我校3所医院实施整体护理工作，指出当前存在的骨科护理工作总结 论文主要问题是传统的护理观念束缚人们对整体护理的认识、护理人员相对不足、护理队伍整体素质下降、护士长相对年轻、管理经验不足。为更好地开展整体护理工作，首先领导应更新观念，提高护理人员素质合理编配护士，保证第一线护理人员到位；加强对聘用护士的管理，严格掌握聘用标准，把聘用护士的培训纳入医院继续医学教育工作；重视护理骨干的培养和使用，强化医院后勤保障系统的管理。

abstract this article analyses the holistic nursing work in three hospitals of the university and points out that the main problems are the traditional nursing ideas that constrain understanding holistic nursing. the other problems are relatively short nursing personnel with decreasing qualification and skills and too young nurse sisters lack of management experiences. in order to improve the implementation of holistic nursing, the hospital leaders should change their minds first, and then train nurses, organise them properly to asure that all the nursing positions are well staffed. management of the employed nurses should be enhanced, the recruitment standards be strictly controlled, nurse training be integrated into the continuous medical education programs. finally, training and use of key nurses and strong logistic support of the hospitals are particularly stressed.

实施整体护理，是我国护理改革发展的趋势。近几年来，我校3所附属医院相继建立整体护理模式病房，经过多年的实践，取得了一定的成效。现根据在建立模式病房探索和尝试过程中遇到的困难和问题，提出了一些相应的对策和建议。
一、主要问题
1.传统的护理观念束缚人们对整体护理的认识：我国目前护理工作的主体仍处于以疾病为中心的护理思想指导下的功能制护理阶段，导致护理工作的主要任务就是按照医嘱的要求执行打针、送药等具体的护理操作。护理业务水平的高低，很大程度上表现为护理技术操作熟练程度上的差异，护理人员主观能动性没有充分发挥，护理工作只是体现了以疾病为中心的护理。
2.护理人员相对不足：我校3所附属医院临床一线实际床护比约1∶0.3左右，护理人员存在严重不足。主要原因：①由于各医院扩床收容，现代化医疗仪器的大量应用，护理工作范围不断拓宽，护士的需要量增加。②分科越来越细，展开护理单元增多。③护理人员使用不合理，有些护理人员不在护士岗位仍占用护理编制等。虽然通过聘用护士缓解了部分矛盾，但护理人员短缺仍未根本解决。
