西北军队医院开展整体护理的难点及对策

摘要 按照医院分级管理标准对西北军队10所医院28个责任制护理病区进行检查，发现存在以下问题：床、护比例不合理；病房无中、高级技术职称的护理人员进行专科业务指导；医院领导对责任制护理认识不足；缺乏信息交流。以上问题均影响了新的护理制度的开展，并提出了针对性的对策。

abstract according to the standard of management at different levels of hospitals,28 medical areas practicing the responsibility system in 10 hospitals in the north west army were checked.following problems were found:①ratio of bed to nurse was irrational;②there were not middle-and high-ranking nursing stuffs who may do professional guide in ones department;③leaders of hospitals had insufficient recongnition on the responsibility nursing system;and ④lack of information exchange interfered with development of this new nursing system.the directed countermeasures are proposed.
