摘要 对神经内科试行系统化整体护理，结果表明：病人满意率上升，平均住院日缩短，并发症减少，护理人员业务水平、护理质量明显提高。

abstract systematic approach to holistic nursing care was tried in the department of neurology.results showed that the patient satisfaction increased and the mean length of stay in hospital shortened ,and professional competence and nursing quality improved markedly.
