冠心病监护病房医院感染原因分析及护理对策

【摘要】 目的 探讨冠心病监护病房（ccu）医院感染率及易感因素，为预防和控制感染提供依据。方法 回顾性调查ccu病房2000年1月~2004年12月全部住院病历299份。结果 5年平均感染率17.06%；医院感染的病种分布以急性心肌梗死居多；年龄分布以老年患者（＞60岁）居多；感染部位分布以下呼吸道居多；病原菌以革兰阴性菌感染为主。结论 加强病情观察，积极采取相应措施；加强基础护理；重视留置管道的护理；加强消毒隔离措施的落实是预防和控制ccu患者医院感染的护理对策。

【abstract】 objective to study the rate of nosocomial infecting and susceptible factors in ccu(coronary care unit),in order to provide basis for prevention and controlling infection.methods a total of 299 cases in the ccu from jan.1997 to dec.2001 were investigated retrospectively.results in this five years average infection rate was 17.06%.nosocomial infection occurred mainly in acute myocardial infarction patients.old patients (over 60 years old) were infected easily.the lower respiratory tract was the most frequent infection site.the most pathogenic bacterium was g- bacilli.conclusion strengthen the observation of illness,take appropriate measures,pay attention to the nursing of infusion tract and enhance the measures of disinfections and isolation,which is the nursing measures to prevent and control nosocomial infection of ccu patients.
