Surface choice with lower practical possible lowest unfrozen temperature 摘要:从非均质形核理论和估算两相间界面能的Fowkes极性理论出发,研究了具有较低实际最低不结冰温度(practical possible lowest unfrozen temperature, θPPLU)的表面的性质,提出了该表面的选择原则。 实验结果验证了该原则的有效性。具有较低实际最低不结冰温度的表面的选择为防止结冰或结霜的发生提供了新的思路,对于提高过冷水连续制冰系统的制冰率和能量效率具有关键性的意义。 关键词:实际最低不结冰温度;表面;选择原则;过冷水连续制冰;防止结冰 Abstract The characteristics of the surfaces with lower practical possible lowest unfrozen temperature (θPPLU) were studied using heterogeneous nucleation theory and Fowkes theory to estimate the interfacial energy. Principles were developed for choosing the surfaces with lowerθPPLU. The principles were verified by the experimental results. The surface choice provides a new way to prevent freezing or frosting. It is the key for improving performances of dynamic ice-making with supercooled water.
