Analysis to questions after implementing heat metering
摘要：实施计量供热后，对设计人员、施工人员及运行人员都提出一些新问题，本文分别对负荷的计算与围护结构的保温、室内采暖系统方式的选择、热源与热网调控、热计量方式和热费的收取等问题做一点探讨。

Abstract: After implementing heat metering, there are several questions for designers, constructers and operators. This paper respective discusses load calculation and heat preservation of walls, selection of indoor heating system, adjustment of heater and heating network, method of heat metering, gathering heating fee.
