【内容提要】陶行知师范教育思想是在长期实践中形成的符合中国国情的教育理论。本文从师范教育的地位作用、培养目标、办学模式、教育途径等方面分析了陶行知师范教育思想对建构有中国特色的社会主义师范教育体系，推进师范教育现代化的借鉴、发展和创新意义。
