体育经纪的法律性质分析

【内容提要】通过文献资料法，从民法学的角度，就体育经纪存在的基础、体育经纪的内部及外部行为的法律性质进行了探讨，认为体育经纪的内部行为为委托或居间；外部行为为代理。在对体育经纪法律定性的基础上，援引相关法律法规，对规范体育经纪活动、促进体育经纪业的发展问题进行了分析。

【英文摘要】by researching the documents,the article goes into the existent foundation of the sports brokerage and the law character of the sports brokerages interior and exterior behaviors from the view of civil law.it comes to the conclusion that the interior behaviors of the sports brokerageare commission and mediation,the exterior behaviors are agency.in order to standardize the activities and promote the development of the sports brokerage,relative law and rule should be quoted on the basis of definition the law character of the sports brokerage.
