国际体育仲裁院体育仲裁制度评述

【内容提要】体育仲裁是解决体育纠纷的有效方式之一。国际奥委会建立的国际体育仲裁委员会及体育仲裁院是世界著名的体育仲裁机构。本文对体育仲裁院的体育仲裁机制的产生历史，体育仲裁院的独立性，体育仲裁院仲裁机构之组成及其职能等问题进行了述评，并分析了体育仲裁院解决体育纠纷存在的优势以及中国对该机构之利用问题。

【英文摘要】sports arbitration is one of the efficient settlements for sports dispute.the arbitration institution of the international council of arbitration for sport and the court of arbitration for sports set up by the international olympic committee is the most famous sports arbitration system in the world.this article introduced the history,independence,structure and funcitions of the court of arbitration for sports,and then analyzed the advantages and chinas utilization of the court of arbitration for sports.
