【内容提要】本文通过对体育服务产品、体育服务业等一系列与质量体系管理相关的概念的研究，及对体育服务产品质量构成要素等问题的初步探讨，目的是使iso9001～2000国际标准在体育服务业中得以有效地应用，从而帮助体育服务组织建立起质量管理体系，提高其管理水平，持续改进服务，以达到提高组织整体业绩的目标。

【英文摘要】in this article,a series of conceptions related with qualitymanagement system such as sports service produm sports service industry and so on was studied,furthermore,other questions such as elements of sports service cuality also be discussed preliminarily.the purpose of this study is to make iso9001-2001 international standard be efficiently applied in sports service industry and to help sports service organizations to establis quality management system to promote its adminstrative standard form a basis of continual improvement and business excellence.
