【内容提要】运用调查咨询、比较分析等多种方法，分析了我国竞技体育管理体制及运行机制的现状、特点、存在的问题及发展趋势。笔者认为，应建立一个以扁平化组织为核心的发展模式，提高管理效率，并着重加强竞争机制在组织结构中的作用，以适应21世纪初我国竞技体育管理体制与运行机制的要求。

【英文摘要】based on local investigation and interview,the current situation,characteristics,existing problems and develop tendency in the sports management system and running mechanism were discussed and analyzed.to establish a new flatten organization for sports management system and improve the role of competition mechanism in the organization is very important,and which all must suit for the request of our countrys development at the first of 21[th] century.
