【内容提要】以调查问卷和访谈方式调查成教学生学习自主性情况。调查结果显示，广西成人教育学生学习自主性不高。既有政策、观念的因素，也有教学、管理的因素。只能通过改变观念，进行教学改革，施行主体性教学，推行学分制等措施提高学生的学习自主性，以提高教育质量。

【英文摘要】through questionnaire investigation about the independent study of the adult students,a low study appetency is exposed,which results from such factors as policy,attitudes,teaching methods and management.only in such ways as a change of the original attitudes,a reform of the teaching methods,and actualization of subjective teaching and credit system,can the study positivity and education quality be increased.
