社会结构的断裂与素质教育的困境

摘 要：社会结构的协调平衡是社会改革和发展的基础，社会结构的“断裂”则会对社会改革产生制约作用。由于我国的特殊国情以及我们采取的不均衡发展策略，当前的社会结构表现出明显的“堕距”和“断裂”。这种状况是素质教育困境的社会根源，推行和研究素质教育都要紧密结合这个特点并遵循社会结构协调平衡的规律。

SOCIETY STRUCTURE IN SPLIT AND QUALITY EDUCATION IN DIFFICULT POSITION
Abstract: The balance of social structure is the basis of social reform and development, splitting society structure can hinder social reform and development. Owing to the special national conditions and the unbalance-developing policy that government has taken in the past, society structure is ‘lagging’ and ‘split’ nowadays, which is the origin of the difficult position of quality education. When we carry out and study quality education, we must consider the cultural structure.
