【摘要】本文阐述了学习是个人自主发起的，使个人整体投入其中并产生全面变化的活动，以罗杰斯为代表的人本主义学习理论和在教学中怎样充分调动学生的积极参与性，发挥学生主观能动性。

On the application of Humansitic Theory to the teaching

Abstract: This article expounds that study is an acticity which orginates from individual action on one’s own, lets individuals put in it entirely and produces all-round changes. It also expounds Humanistic Theory repersented by LuoJeShi and how to stimulate student’s active participation and arouse students’ subjective initiative in teaching.
