培养研究生中的四个结合

摘要 目的：为提高研究生培养质量；方法：在加强政治思想教育的同时，采取导师与科室协同指导、研究生培养与学科建设、导师指导与研究生自学、培养本科室研究生与培养其它科室研究生相结合的培养；结果：提高了研究生的质量；结论：四个结合的培养有利于提高研究生的质量。
“Four combinations”in training graduate students
Abstract Objective:To improve the quality of the training of graduate students. Methods:The following four combinations were adopted while political and ideological education was strengthened.1)Guidance by supervisors was coordinated with guidance by departments. 2) The training of graduate students was integrated with the development of branches of learning.3) Supervisors’ guidance was combined with students’independent study.4) The taining of graduate students of one’s own department was united with the training of students of other departments.Result:The quality of the training of graduate students was improved. Conclusion: Cultivation characterized by the four combinations is conducive to improving the quality of the training of graduate students.
