you may have studied english for four or five years.and many students find it difficult to learn english.is english really difficult?no,we dont think so.maybe english is one fo the easiest languaes in the would.the reason why you can not master what you have studied is that you didnt pay much attention to the methods of studying english and didnt work hard enough at it. some students often fail in the english exams and feel hopeless about the study of english.dont lose haert. as the prlverb says,failure is the mother of success.
now well give yor some advice on how to learn english well.
we think the most iportant thing is to cultivate an interest.some students dont like english.rhat is the problem.but you have to force yourself to read and never give up studying even for a day.by and by youll become interested in it.
spead more:after all these years studying of english, you will probably wonder how to further improve your english.when you speak,dont always translate what you want to say from chinese into english.if you do,youll get mixed up in some usages.for instance,youll consider wait as a transitive verb, you will never add to after listen,but you might write sheeps
for the plural form,though you know you are wrong when the mistakes are pointed out.
therefore,to improve your english,you need to practise your spoken—english.that is to say,
you should build up the sense of the english language.
grasp any chance to speak english.when you see a desk,for example,have the word in your mind;
when you see a clock,you may tell time to yourself in english.in this way,youll be able to learn
english with ease and use it with freedom.youll be able to tell that korea lies to the east of
china,butguangzhou lies in the soth of chinawithout thinking hard.
we are leaning english as a foreign language.it is true that we cannot learn it without any
grammatical rules.but your sense of grammatical rules come from comstant use of the language.it
is unnecessary to write the rules and apply the rules in speaking.in a word,youll improve your
english only by opening your mouth to practise.practice makes prefect.
dont worry.you neednt be afraid of making mistakes.even when people speak their native
language,they make variors kinds of mistakes will be rubbed off in the process of learning through practice.
