试论中小学教师继续教育的现状及发展趋势

【摘要】目前，我国中小学教师继续教育中存在的主要问题是：培训内部功能的缺失与窄化、现代教育观念与现行的培训方式相背离、忽略了培训对象成人学习的特点、混淆了情境学习与非情境学习的界限，因而导致培训效率的低下。中小学教师继续教育的发展趋势为：以教师的可持续发展为培训目标，突出培训对象的主体性；培训内容趋向综合化，在教师培训中贯彻基础教育课程改革的指导思想；培训方式多样化，努力适应培训对象的多种需求。

The teacher continued education of middle_primary school develop tendency is: With the sustainable development of teacher as training goal, stress the mainness of training object; Train the content guiding ideology that tends to synthesization and implements basic educational course reform in teacher training; Training way variation meets training with great efforts, is for the various demand of elephant.
