建筑给水排水工程论文 摘要:炼油厂加氢裂化、加氢精制和铂重整等装置排水中酚的建筑给水排水工程论文质量浓度大于100mg/L,采用曝气生物滤池及利用生活污泥培养的建筑给水排水工程论文菌种对其进行预处理,取得如下结果:在水力停留时间为2.0h,曝气量为0.25m3/h,pH值为7.0-8.0,温度为25-40℃,DO的质量浓度大于205mg/L的条件下,处理后出水的酚和COD平均质量浓度分别为8.5mg/L和140mg/L,平均去除率分别大于90%和70%。 关键词:炼油废水 酚 曝气生物滤池
Treatment of Wastewater from Refinery Production Using BAF

Abstract: The mass concentration of phenol in the effluent water from the hydrocraking,hydrofining and platforming units of a refinery was over 100mg/L.This effuent water was pre-treated using BAF and the strain cultivated in domestic sludge. The results obtained were as follows:under the conditions that the hydraulic retention time was 2.0h,the aerating capacity was 0.25m/h,the pHwas 7.0-8.0,the temperature was 25-40℃,and the mass concentration of DO was higher than 2.5mg/L,the axerage mass concentrations of phenol and COD in the effuent water were 8.5mg/L and 140mg/L respectively,and the average removal rates of them exceeded 90% and 70% respectively. 炼油厂加氢裂化、加氢精制和铂重整等装置所排废水排放量约70t/h,酚类污染物在100~160mg/L,这股高酚废水未作任何处理直接排至污水处理场,本实验采用上向流曝气生物滤池(Biological Aerated Filter,简称BAF)对含酚废水的处理进行了研究。
1 实验部分
1.1 含酚废水水质分析 课题组对含酚废水水质进行了分析,监测方法[1]:,及测试结果的统计见表1。 由表1可见,该废水的COD,BODs,硫化物,石油类和氨氮等污染物均处于常见水平,而酚污染则处于较高状态,是这股废水的主要污染物;由于酚类物质易为微生物降解[1],因此废水的可生化性较好,结果也表明m(BOD5)/m(COD)值较高,平均为0.56。
