建筑给排水论文 摘要:对高浓度丁二醇生产废水进行了SBR法小型模拟基质浓度降解动力学研究,求取了有关的建筑给排水论文动力学参数。结果表明Monod方程的建筑给排水论文修正式能很好地描述丁二醇的降解规律,试验温度下Monod方程的修正式为:v=0.044(S-100)/[5719+(S-100)]。试验数据还表明在停留时间达40h时,丁二醇废水的降解达到稳定。 关键词:废水处理 丁二醇 动力学 活性污泥法

A Study of Kinetics of Treatment of Wastewater from Butanediol Production Using SBR Process ZHENG Yi-li,XIE Jia (Architectural and Environmental Department, Sichuan University, Chengdu 610065, China)
Abstract:The kinetics of the degradation of the high-concentration wastewater from butanediol production was studied by SBR(sequencing batch reactor) process based on a small-scale simulation of substrate concentration.The results showed that the corrected formula of Monod equation well described the rule of the degradation of butanediol. The corrected formula of Monod equation at the test temperature was:v=0.044(S-100)/[5719+(S-100)].It was also shown by the data from the test that the degradation of the butanediol-containing wastewater became stable when the retention time reached 40 hours. 本研究采用SBR法小型模拟试验装置进行了丁二醇废水处理动力学研究,并用试验结果验证在试验温度下丁二醇废水的基质浓度生化降解过程符合 Monod 方程。
1 试验材料与装置
1.1 取水 废水来源于山东胜利油田石油化工总厂生产1,4-丁二醇生产系统的排出水,水质见表1。废水中。的主要污染物有丁二醇,甲醇,四氢呋喃,γ—丁内脂,顺丁二酸二甲脂,其中丁二醇的质量浓度为6200mg/L,甲醇的质量浓度在5000-6000mg/L。取水CODcr的质量浓度为1400mg/L,混入冲地水、冷却水等后CODcr降至2000-3000mg/L,进入10L间歇式反应器,进行3d适应性试验后,开始动力学试验研究。实验CODcr初始质量浓度为2597mg/L。
