| | 给水排水 论文下载 摘要:采用溶胶_凝胶工艺在不同载体表面制备了均匀透明的给水排水 论文下载 tio2薄膜。甲基橙水溶液的给水排水 论文下载 光催化降解实验表明:不同负载的tio2薄膜具有不同的光催化活性,钛片的光催化活性最高,然后是陶瓷、不锈钢、铝片、釉面瓷砖、玻璃,铜片最低;而且其光催化活性还与负载的加热温度有关,加热温度为520℃时钛片的光催化活性最高,580℃时陶瓷、釉面瓷砖、不锈钢和玻璃的催化活性最高,而460℃时铝片的光催化活性最高。 关键词:污水处理 光催化 二氧化钛 载体 中图分类号:x703.1 文献标识码:a 文章编号:1009-2455(2004)03-0015-03 an experimental study of effects of different substrates on photocatalytic activies of loaded tio2 thin films zhao cui-hua,chen jian-hua,shan zhi-qiang (resource and environment college,guangxi university,nanning 530004,china) abstract:uniform and transparent tio2 thin films on different substrates were made by sol-gel method. the photocatalytic degradation experiment with methyl orange aqueous solution showed:the tio2 thin film on different substrates had different photocatalytic activities,which was the highest with titanium slice,followed by ceramic,stainless steel,al slice and glazed ceramic tile,and was the lowest with glass.moreover,their photocatalytic activities were related to the heating temperature of the substrates.the photocatalytic activity with titanium slice was the highest when the heating temperature was 520 ℃,the photocatalytic activities with ceramic,glazed ceramic tile,stainless steel and glass were the highest when the heating temperature was 580℃,while that with al slice was the highest when the heating temperature was 460℃. key words:sewage disposal;photocatalysis,tio2;substrate 以二氧化钛等半导体为催化剂的光催化技术是近20年来环境研究的热点之一[1],许多研究[2],表明它可以较好地降解水和空气中的很多污染物,包括有机物和无机物。但是由于传统的粉末光催化剂存在着二次分离和回收等问题,许多研究者把目光转向了固化二氧化钛体系,即把二氧化钛光催化剂固定在一种载体上,制备成一种薄膜。 本文采用溶胶_凝胶法在不同的载体(钛片、玻璃、铝片、陶瓷、釉面瓷砖、不锈钢、铜片)表面制备二氧化钛薄膜,来考察不同载体对负载tio2薄膜光催化活性的影响,而且对不同载体的加热工艺进行了研究。 1 实验方法 1.1 二氧化钛薄膜的制备 以钛酸四正丁酯为原料,以三乙醇胺为抑制剂来制备溶胶。具体配制方法如下:取17.0ml钛酸正四丁酯和4.8ml三乙醇胺溶解到67.3 ml无水乙醇中,搅拌2h,然后再加入10ml无水乙醇和1 ml蒸馏水,再搅拌30 min,即得到淡黄色的透明溶胶。 把钛片、铝片、不锈钢、玻璃、釉面瓷砖和陶瓷切割成10mm x
