排水论文 摘要:采用下向流重质填料生物曝气滤池对某卷烟厂生产废水处理进行了中试研究.在C0D Cr容积负荷小于4.Okg/(m3.d)、BOD 5容积负荷小于1.8kg/(m3.d)的排水论文条件下,水的排水论文CODCr由800mg/L降至40mg/L,基本能达到生活杂用水水质的要求. 关键词:卷烟厂废水 生物曝气 滤池 污水处理 生物膜法

Test and Research Of Aeration Biological Filter on the Wastewater from Cigarette Production LIU Jian-guang, ZHANG Chun-yang ( Shandong College of Civil Engineering, Jinan 2500l4, China)
Abstract: Pilot scale downgrade now aeration biological filter with fillings whose density is heavier than water density was tested to treat wastewater from cigarette production. Under the condition of volume load of CODCr< 4.0kg/(m3. d) and that of BOD5<1.8 kg/ (m3.d), CODCr of the water was reduced to 40 mg/L from 800mg/L. 生物曝气滤池是国外80年代发展起来的好氧生物处理工艺,与常规生物接触氧化法的不同之处是采用了粒径较小的粒状填料,同时具有生物降解5过滤、除碳、硝化与脱氮功能。本文采用下向流重质填料生物曝气滤池对卷烟厂的废水处理进行了中试。
1 试验水质
该厂污水主要来源于车间生产废水(清洗烟叶工段、清洗卷烟设备等)、冷却水、锅炉冲灰水、冲洗废水、车间生活污水,还含有一定量的香精及添加 剂,其水质见表1。
