给水排水工程专业论文 摘要:果绿是一种易溶于水的给水排水工程专业论文暗绿色粉末染料[1],广泛应用于食品染色,主要成分为酸性艳绿SF。果绿结构式中含有在水中不易生物降解比较稳定的给水排水工程专业论文苯环结构;另外,它还含有碳氮双键的发色基团,使得废水色度很高。由于这种废水色度高、浓度高、废水的m(BOD5)/m(CODcr)很小,生物难降解,因此是目前较难处理的废水之一。许多学者对Fenton试剂氧化有机物的机理以及它在低浓度有机废水处理方面的应用开展了卓有成效的工作[2-6]。但在高浓度、高色度、难生物降解的染料废水方面研究较少。本文研究了Fenton试剂处理高浓度、高色度、难生物降解的果绿染料废水,以提高其可生化性,为该废水的后续处理创造条件,最终为含有苯环结构的有机物废水的综合治理提供参考和理论依据,减少环境污染。 关键词:果绿 染料废水 Fenton试剂
Tests of Pretreatment of Wastewater from A Fruit Green Dyestuff Production YAN Zhi-yong1, YANG Ren-hin2, FANG Zhi2, HU Yong-you1

Abstract: The CODcr in the wastewater from a dyestuff production was 3500mg/L, with m(BOD5) / m (CODcr)=0. 036. Orthogonal experiment was carried out to determine the optilnum conditions for the pretreat-ment of the said wastewater by Fenton reagent method. The results showed: when the initial pH value of thewastewater = 5.0, the fed amount of H2O2 was 0.16mol/L and that of Fe2+ was 4mmol/L, and the reaction time was 90 min, the m(BOD5) /m(CODcr) increased from 0.036 to 0.3 or even higher and the biological treatability of the wastewater was obviously improved.
