给排水管材论文 摘要:近些年来随着化纤织物的给排水管材论文发展,仿真丝的给排水管材论文兴起和印染整理技术的进步,染料品种在日益增多的同时,在功能上亦朝着抗光解、抗氧化、抗生物氧化的方向发展,从而使染料废水处理难度加大[1-3]。含水溶性染料,如活性染料、酸性染料等的废水很难使用目前成熟的废水处理工艺去除。因此,研究对这类染料有特效脱色功能的脱色剂是含染料废水处理的一个重要研究方向[1-2]。为此,我们以双氰胺和甲醛为主要原料,以硫酸铝为催化剂并引入添加剂合成了高效脱色阳离子有机絮凝剂双氰胺甲醛树脂(以下简称脱色剂),并与聚合铝(PAC)和助凝剂聚丙烯酸胺(PAM)复配使用,处理模拟染料废水,通过正交试验寻求出最佳试验条件。 关键词:高效脱色剂 染料废水 双氰胺甲醛树

Abstract: A water-soluble, cationic organic flocculent was synthesized with di\"yandiamide-formaldehyde asmain raw material and with the introduction of additives, which was used in comhination with polyaluminiumchforide (PAC), an inorganic flocculent, to treat the wastewater from dye-stuff production. The effects of thedosage of the floccu1ent, of the sequence and proportioning of addition, as well as of I)H value, elc., on the results of the treatment of the wastewater from dye-stuff production were studied, with the primary factors affectingthe decolorization rate and optimum conditions for the treatment of the wastewater deterrnined through orthogonaltests. The results showed that when the pH value of the dye-stuff wastewater was 8~9, the applied quantity ofthe decolorant was 0.4 ~ 1.5 mL/L and that of PAC was 40 ~ 80 mg/L, the decolorization rates of the 8 types of dye-stuff (l00 mg/L) under the tests were all over 96%, while the removal rate of CODcr, varied to some extentdepending on different types of dye-stuff Key words: wastewater from dye-stuff production; wastewater treatment; deeolorant; flocculent
