| | 矿山给排水论文 摘要:在smsbr处理焦化废水的矿山给排水论文过程中,通过向反应器中投加粉末活性炭(pac)进而形成生物活性炭(bac)来实现对膜污染的矿山给排水论文防治,并通过对bac污泥的终端过滤来反映其对膜污染的改善作用。试验结果表明,bac污泥在终端过滤过程中,其相对通量的变化规律与普通活性污泥相同,但投加pac后的膜通量明显提高。 关键词:smsbr 焦化废水 膜污染防治 pac bac 中图分类号: x703 文献标识码: a 文章编号: 1000-4602(2002)06-0005-05 effect of pac on control of membrane fouling in coke wastewater treatment by submerged membrane sequencing batch reactor li chun-jie1, geng yan2, zhou qi2, gu guo-wei2 ( 1.school of environmental science and engineering,shanghai jiaotong university,shanghai 200240,china;2.state key lab of pollution control & resource reuse,tongji university,shanghai 200092,china) abstract:in coke wastewater treatment by submerged membrane sequencing batch reactor (smsbr),membrane fouling was controlled by addition of powdered activated carbon (pac),which was expected to change activated sludge into biological activated carbon(bac) sludge so as to decrease the membrane fouling through dead-end filtration.the experimental result showed that in the process of dead-end filtration,the relativ e flux of both bac and conventional activated sludge (cas) is changed in the same regularity,but after addition of pac,bac sludge shows higher relative flux.fur thermore,under the same pressure,the flux of cas show much higher decline index than that of bac sludge,while at the same concentration of pac,the flux decline index of bac sludge is varied with pressure,which shows no regularity.based on t he resistance distribution of bac sludge,the cake resistance of bac sludge makes up above 80% and is increased along with the rising of filtration pressure,but it is lower than that of cas.the difference between them shows the effect of pac on the control of membrane fouling. keywords: smsbr; coke wastewater; control of membrane fouling; pac; bac 膜的污染程度取决于膜本身的性质、料液的特征和过滤操作条件[1],因此对于膜本身抗污染性能的提高,除了膜本身的制作水平外,还可针对实际过滤料液的特征对膜进行改性,但由于mbr过滤料液成分复杂,这方面的工作难以奏效。有关膜过滤过程中水力操作条方面的研究成果已很多,笔者认为,对于mbr,通过改变过滤料液的性能来防止膜污染将是一条重要且可行的途径[1]。 尽管活性污泥混合液的组成复杂,但膜过滤活性污泥的过程受沉积层的控制而非膜孔的堵塞[2],这说明膜污染主要来自大于膜孔径的微生物絮体。大量研究表明[3、4],细菌胞外聚合物(eps)是优势污染物,微生物通过这些物质相互粘连形成菌胶团,并在过滤过程中显示出较强的压密性,使过滤阻力不断升高。笔者通过向smsbr中投加粉末活性炭(pac)使之形成生物活性炭(bac)污泥以进行膜污染防治,并通过终端过滤试验来评价膜 污染防治效果。 1 试验方法 从2000年10月2日起开始向smsbr反应器中投加pac(见表1),共考察了3种不同pac浓度下的膜过滤特性。
