摘要: 在直流电场作用下,利用水作为再生剂,用它代替酸碱再生失效离子交换树脂的体外电再生工艺,使离子交换水处理变为一种绿色环保水处理技术。本文从混床树脂和复床树脂再生两个方面,分别简述树脂电再生的原理及7次试验研究结果。另外,从资源消耗、对环境的影响、经济效益和管理操作等方面,进行了树脂电再生法与化学再生法的对比评价。离子交换树脂绿色再生工艺将成为绿色化学化工中新开创的一个重要领域。 关键字: 绿色化学化工 离子交换树脂 电再生 电去离子 膜技术 Green Regeneration Technology for Ion Exchange Resin WANG Fang (Department of Thermal Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084,China) Abstract: Under the action of DC electric field, by using the water, instead of acid and alkali for regenerant, the exhausted ion exchange resin is regenerated. The electro-regeneration technology for ion exchange resin in outer body has made the ion exchange watertreatment into a green environmental protection technology. In respect of regenerating resins in mixed bed and in combined bed, the principle and the seven terms of experimental results of the electro-regeneration technology for ion exchange resin are briefly introduced respectively in this paper. Furthermore, in respect of resourceful resume, environmental effect, economical benefit and management operation, the method of the electro-regeneration is compared with the method of the chemical regeneration The green regeneration technology for ion exchange resin well becomes to a new creative field in the green chemistry and Engineering.
