对南京污水收集系统现状及规划的思考

摘要：
作为南京市争创国家环保模范城重要内容的污水处理厂及其收集系统的建设正在全面展开。笔者根据对污水收集系统现状及规划的了解，对老城区普遍采用的截流式合流制排水制度的优劣做了具体的分析，并结合规划管理工作发现的污水管线设计、建设、管理中的问题，提出几点见解。

ABSTRACT: In Nanjing, wastewater treatment and collection
system is being built, and it is an important department for Nanjing to become
