摘要：给出了武汉市部分公共建筑的建筑耗能数据，从建筑耗能、空调运行参数和室内空气品质等方面，分析了武汉市公共建筑中央空调的用能现状，指出武汉市的中央空调耗能处于抑制需求和能源利用不尽合理的阶段，提出中央空调系统能源管理的方法。
