　　由于建筑节能在建筑各项建设中的地位日益增高，大范围推广和实行分户热计量已经成为一种不可逆转的趋势。这种计量方式主要是为了节约能源，但不能忽略提高（至少要）保证供热的质量，同时可以解决部分地区和区域收费难的问题。但是，推广和实行该技术还存在很多问题。下面就我所了解的作简单的介绍，并发表一点自己的愚见。
