[Abstracts] Professor Rosner uses the set of microeconomic concepts and tools to analyze the cause of social policy, the extent of social policy, the objectives of social policy, some political science aspects, and the effects of social policy. It provides a new paradigm for the analysis of social policy. We introduce the findings to Chinese scholars.
