当代国际文化与传媒产业体制转型危机：版权体系的重构:兼论美国与欧洲最新版权法规变革

[摘要] 以当代知识经济、信息数字技术和社会生活方式文化传媒化为基本支柱，二十世纪八、九十年代加速繁荣与日趋庞大的文化与传媒业，以版权业为主体和枢纽。在当代全球化语境下，现代信息数字技术，一方面在极大程度上决定了当今文化版权业的繁荣，另一方面使其秩序处在可能崩溃的边缘。如何解决盗版，促使当代版权保护体制的顺利转型，不仅对文化与传媒业，而且对整个社会都具有深刻意义。

Abstract: with much accelerated development, the culture and media industries have become more and more prosperous under the foundations of the contemporary intellectual economy, digital information technology and social life style greatly influenced by culture and media since 1980s and 1990s. Copyright industries have become their main body and key factor. In the context of contemporary globalization, the information technology, on the one hand, to great extent, decides the prosperity of the contemporary culture and media industries; on the other hand, makes it possible that the contemporary culture and media industries are at the edge of disintegration. These problems, such as how to resolve pirate activities and how to prompt the transition of the contemporary copyright-protecting institution, are very important to both the culture and media industries and the society at all.
