略论文化交流中的“逆差”现象

［内容提要］ 跨民族、跨地区、跨文化之间的交流是人类共同进步的重要条件。而不同文化间的交流若是在不平等情况下进行，则会给弱势文化一方带来极大的被动或导致其自身文化的萎缩。中西文化交流的“逆差”向我国媒体提出了亟待解决的问题。

Abstract:Cultural communication pushes people forward in the long run of humans civilization. However, the communication on the unequal foot will inevitably bring about the negative effect to the weaker part. The so-called “adverse balance of information” phenomenon has been raised in this paper to call the attentions of the whole China media.
