［内容提要］本文首先回顾了人类传播史，指出信息技术的发展起着历史性杠杆作用。当今因特网及网络媒体的迅猛发展，网络传播的新特征使得传统的传播学理论难以合理解释网络传播现象，使得网络传播学的建立成为必要。本文探讨了网络传播学的任务、研究对象、学科属性和相关学科，概述了网络传播学的研究现状并进行了前瞻。

Abstract：This thesis discusses the characteristic of network communication. The author points out that the traditional communication theory cant properly explain the network communication phenomenon and therefore a new network communication must be founded. The research object, research actuality and future of the network communication theory have been discussed in this article.
