中央电视台新闻频道设计构想

内容摘要:新闻频道是专门播出新闻节目和具有新闻属性的节目的专业电视频道。本文简要回顾了它首创于1980年代初的美国、在世界范围内勃兴于1990年代中期的发展历程，从七个方面阐述了作为中国第一新闻媒介的CCTV创办新闻频道的迫切性以及设计CCTV—新闻频道的理念，揭示了以创办新闻频道为契机，中国新闻工作者在思维方式、新闻价值观和新闻运作原则诸方面的可能变革，意在引发新闻传播学界、电视新闻界和媒介主管机关的关注，为形成科学的新闻理念和新闻频道操作方式贡献智慧和求得共识。

Abstract: The news channel is the television channel specialized in broadcasting news programs and the programs with characters of news. It originated from U. S. in 1980s and prospered in the mid-1990s. This paper discusses the urgency for CCTC, the first news medium in China, to establish its news channel from seven aspects and the journalistic ideas for planning CCTV-News Channel, forecasts the possible changes of China’s journalists in their thinking ways, news values and the principles of journalistic operation after the establishing of the news channel in order to hold the attention of scholars, television newspersons and media competent officials and find the consensus for forming scientific news ideas and operating modes of the coming news channel.
