为信仰而绝望，为爱而痛苦：美学新千年的追问

[提 要] 在中国美学中，王国维、鲁迅第一次从个体的角度思考美学问题，王国维是立足于个体的“痛苦”，鲁迅则是进而立足于个体的“绝望”。但是，未能为“痛苦”、“绝望”的承担找到一个更高的理由，则是他们的共同缺憾。因此，“为信仰而绝望，为爱而痛苦”，应该是我们进行美学新千年的追问的起点。
[Abstract] Among Chinese estheticians, Wang Guowei and Lu Xun were the first to think about aesthetic issues from the individual point of view. Wang Guowei’s thoughts were based on individual “pains”, while Lu Xun’s ideas based on individual “desperations.” However, not having found better grounds for bearing “pains” or “desperations” is the weak link of their theories. Therefore, “desperation for beliefs and pain for love” should be the starting point of aesthetics in the new millennium.
