| | 中学生环保论文 摘要： 在剖析海南岛水资源特征及社会经济发展远景规划的中学生环保论文基础上，就强化水资源管理、提高水利拦蓄能力、积极补充和合理利用地下水、充分发挥丰富的中学生环保论文海水资源优势展开了海南岛水资源可持续发展对策的讨论。文章还指出，海南岛海水资源和海岸资源的开发宜实行“双管齐下”的方针，即在东海岸可结合优美的自然景观优势发展热带海岸旅游业，西海岸可大力发展海湾工业，以推动海南岛的社会经济发展进程。

《Strategies to the sustainable development of water resources in Hainan Island.》 Abstract：Based on the analysis of water resources characteristics and perspective socio-economic program, strategies to the sustainable development of water resources in Hainan Island are discussed on strengthening the management of water resources, enhancing the storage capacity of water conservancy, recharging actively and using rationally the groundwater, and bringing the superiority of rich seawater resources into full play. This paper also shows that the strategy of "working along both lines" is adopted: developments of tourism in eastern coast with fine scenery and of bay-based industry in western coast to make great progress in the sustainable socio-economic development in Hainan Island.
海南岛是中国第二大岛，目前正处于经济大规模开发建设的起步阶段，国内外普遍关注着海南能否既保持经济超常规发展又保证环境资源的合理保护与永续利用。理论研究和实践经验均已证明，水资源（主要指淡水资源）是海南岛社会经济发展的主要制约因素之一〔1〕。 此外，目前海南在水资源的开发利用方面尚存在一系列的问题，如水资源的开发利用缺乏统一规划和管理，生活用水和工业用水浪费惊人，地下水超量开采和不合理利用等〔2〕。因此，研究海南岛面临的各种水资源问题，探索解决水资源危机的正确途径是一件十分紧迫的任务。
本文拟根据海南岛水资源的特点及其社会经济发展远景，探讨和提出一些切合实际和可操作的水资源可持续发展对策，以助海南岛实现超常规及持续发展的目标。
1 海南岛水资源概况及特点
海南岛可资利用的水资源主要有:降雨、地表水、地下水和海水等。
