| | 论文集摘 要:黄河流域汛期水的论文集浊度高,预处理难度大,采用回收部分生产废水,利用其浊度低的论文集特点,稀释高浊度水,同时利用高浊度水中泥沙颗粒表面积大、吸附能力强的特点,降低废水中有害物质,使水质水量满足生产工艺需要,同时提高了预处理设施的产水效率。 关键词:给水处理;高浊度水;生产废水;预处理 key words:treatment of feed water;high-turbidity water;production wastewater;pre-treatment Problems Existing in the Pre-treatment of High-turbidity Water and Solutions Abstract: The water in the Yellow River valley is highly turbid in flood seasons and its pre-tretment is more diffulcult.Efforts have been made to make both the quality and quantity of the water meet the requirements of the production process by recycling part of the wastewater from the production and taking advantage of its low turbidity to dilute the water with high turbidity.Meanwhile,thanks to the silt particles in the high-turbidity water, which are featured by large surface areas and strong adsorptive power,harmful matters in the wastewater were reduced.In addition,the water production efficiency of the pre-treatment facility has been improved. 概述 高浊度水的预处理技术,始终是设计、科研和现场生产管理人员研究的课题。特别是黄河流域,由于沿岸水土流失严重,每年汛期大量降雨,导致山洪暴发,使大量的泥沙带入水体,造成中下游流域水的浊度突增,同时含泥沙量变化幅度大,有时达20~50 Kg/m3,短时间内可高达100kg/m3以上,给水的预处理工作带来一定困难。如豫西某中型化肥厂,生产用水以河水为主,井水为辅,河水属黄河系、南洛河中下游,因河水浊度高,设计采用加速澄清池两级预处理方法,并设有刮泥装置。一级为水力驱动加速澄清池,直径20m,单池产水量800m3/h,投加聚丙烯酰胺;二级为机械型加速澄清池,直径16m,单池产水量600m3/h,投加三氯化铁或聚合铝混凝剂。据多年的运行情况看,当河水浊度小于50000mg/L时,水质水量还能满足化工生产的需要,当河水浊度大于50000mg/L时,预处理就有困难,使生产用水供需矛盾突出,导致化工装置被迫减产或停运,给工厂造成较大的经济损失。研究解决这些河流汛期高浊度水预处理问题,有其重要意义。 1 高浊度水在预处理过程中存在的问题 1.1 高浊度水的特点 所谓高浊度水是指浊度高或泥沙含量大的原水。黄河是世界上泥沙含量最大的河流之一,形成河水浑浊的主要成份是黄土和细沙,其粒径最大为0.0861mm,最小为0.0401mm,平均为0.0522mm,主要为粗分散颗粒(悬浮物)。
