急性四氯化硅中毒119例的救治经验

【制西药论文】作 者：高建军，韩大跃，孙纲，林江，李明霞，王禹【摘要】 目的 探讨急性四氯化硅中毒对机体的 影响 及救治措施，为未来战争可能发生的急性刺激性气体中毒的救治提供依据。 方法 对119例(131人次)急性四氯化硅中毒患者的发病特点，检验及辅助检查结果， 治疗 措施等进行回顾性 分析 。结果 急性四氯化硅中毒可引起明显的局部刺激症状和全身中毒反应，其中高血红蛋白血症89例，白细胞升高57例，血糖改变28例，凝血功能改变8例，肺功能改变37例，心肌酶谱改变20例，心电图改变29例，肝功改变28例，肾功改变3例。结论 急性四氯化硅中毒既有呼吸道局部刺激作用，又有心、肝、肺、肾等全身多脏器功能损害，故属于中等溶解度，高浓度，强刺激性气体中毒。可引起呼吸及心搏骤停，对其中毒要引起高度重视。

Abstract： Objective To evaluate the effect of acute silicon tetrachloride toxicosis on organism and therapeutic approaches in order to provide data for the therapy of acute toxication with stimulating gases at war.
