钙黄绿素-刚果红荧光光度法测定加替沙星

【乙肝的西医治疗论文】作者：张蕾，董学芝，胡卫平，陈文静【摘要】 目的 采用荧光光度法测定加替沙星的含量。方法 在pH6.0的Britton-Robinson（B-R）缓冲溶液中，刚果红能与钙黄绿素生成配合物，使钙黄绿素荧光猝灭，加入加替沙星后，加替沙星与刚果红可生成比钙黄绿素-刚果红更稳定的配合物，使钙黄绿素游离重现荧光。结果 将该方用于片剂、粉针剂和尿液中加替沙星的测定，结果与文献报道的紫外法一致。结论 所用方法简单、快速、准确、灵敏。

Fluorometry determination of gatifloxacin with calcein-congo red
【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for determination of gatifloxacin by fluorometry.Methods The complex between congo red（CR）and calcein in pH 6.0 Britton-Robinson （B-R） buffer solution quenched fluorescence of calcein. The complex of gatifloxacin-CR was more stable than that of calcein-CR.When gatifloxacin was added into system, the calcein could be freed and its fluorescence appeared again.Results This method had been applied to the determination of gatifloxacin in tablet, injection and urine, and the results were very close to th
